DESIGNER

           MANOJ was born in Kolkata and brought up in Rourkela, Odisha. In school, he was always appreciated for his drawing and sketching skills. He would design for his family and friends. It began as a childhood hobby and blossomed into a profession when he started getting noticed for his uniqueness.

           Manoj started with trading women wear in 1994 in Rourkela. He then moved to Kolkata in 2000 and established his own production house. He specialised in women’s wear under the brand name- TANSHI. In Autumn 2015, he launched his bridal line under the brand of “Tanshi Bridal Bouquet”, which was met with rave reviews from his clients. This is what inspired him to start a dedicated line for the bride and groom to be and their respective families— and brand “MANOJ AGARRWAL” was born.

           His collection JODHAA at the Lakmé Fashion Week 2017 won him laudatory reviews and appreciation. He graced his designs in this Bollywood circle as well.

            Manoj designs for the modern day bride and groom who love glamour, sophistication and decadence of the golden age of fashion. He is best known for his impeccable craftsmanship with the finest detailing in hand embroidery. His signature style is intricate bead work combining traditional aesthetics with contemporary designs. His formula is F3: finest FABRIC, finest FINISHING and finest FITTING.

LAKME FASHION WEEK 2017

           Manoj’s Autumn-Winter 2017 collection was inspired by maharani JODHAA- the ingenious historical work of art that played out with unrestrained grandeur and celebrated the alliance of two mighty dynasties— the Mughals and the Rajputs. Elli AvrRam graced as the Showstopper—JODHAA.

           Manoj’s creativity was captured by the ace Bollywood photographer-DABBOO RATNANI post the launch of the brand with Brand Ambassador Elli AvrRam at the flagship store in Kolkata.
